EILEEN HULSE: Soprano

Eileen Hulse has established herself as one of Britain's leading sopranos and is particularly noted for her interpretations of the twentieth century repertoire.  In this capacity her recordings include the Gliere Concerto for Coloratura Soprano, (Chandos, City of London Sinfonia), Taverner's Protecting Veil (Naxos, Ulster orchestra) and Schonberg (Koch International, London Symphony orchestra).

Formed in 1992 the Amigos String Quartet has dedicated itself to discovering hidden treasures of the chamber music repertoire with a special interest in the music of Spain and Latin America.  They have toured extensively and were recently invited to perform on a musical cruise taking them from Southampton to New Zealand.
